Grober Zeitplan

The DrachenFest is an interactive game and therefore consciously does not know for all game processes a temporal plan, according to which everything runs. The course of the game is determined by you players and we react to what you dictate through your game actions.

Here is the rough frame-out-time schedule of the event:

Saturday before the event:
- Arrival of the previously named camp teams for set-up starting at 9 a.m.

Monday, early arrival day:
- Participant's early arrival from 9 a.m.

Tuesday, normal arrival day:
-Main arrival day from 9 a.m.

Wednesday, first day of play:
-SL address in the respective camps at 12 am followed by time-in.
- Until the DrachenFest opening ritual the IT-Festivalpeace is valid on Wednesday. This means that fights outside the camps are not allowed. Exception: Agreed, so-called "arranged" field battles, in which camps challenge other camps to an open field battle. The requested camp must agree to the field battle (no siege!!!). Time and place will be mutually agreed upon and communicated to the respective camp SL in time. If the limbus is not yet fully operational on Wednesday, killed characters can wake up with their bloody wounds on the battle site of their camp. However, they must then be taken care of in any case.
- 9 p.m. Opening ritual at the DrachenRitual circle.

Saturday, the last day of the game:
- Preparation for the great battle of all camps. From 12:00 o'clock (for exact regulations see "victory conditions" on the DrachenFest homepage) the festival peace begins before the battle. From this time on the dragons call for the big final battle and forbid camp fights, so that their fighters can prepare for the final battle in peace.
- from about 13:30/14:00: moving out to the battlefield followed by the battle until the decision is made.
- 22:00 final ritual and award ceremony

Sunday, departure day:
- Departure from 9 am and dismantling of the camps.
