The code on your ticket gives you access to the site. At the entrance, the code is verified and checked in as used. Now you will receive your entrance wristband, which you must immediately fasten to your wrist so that it cannot be removed. You must wear the DrachenFest wristband for the entire duration of the event. If it should ever break off, please go to the player information immediately to have a new one given to you in exchange for the torn-off wristband.

In order to ensure a speedy entry for everyone, we ask you to have your ticket ready before you enter.

Participants between 16 and 18 must arrive accompanied by their guardian and must be able to show and hand in their guardian's permission certificate.
Participants under 16 must be accompanied by at least one of their legal guardians.

If you arrive as a player on the Monday before the event, you also need the ticket for early arrival.

After that, you drive on and follow the signs to your camp. In order to make the drive up to the camps as quickly as possible, we have set up a one-way system on the circular route that runs behind the camps. From this circular route, access roads lead onto the meadow to the various camps and their loading and unloading zones. Here you will be met by your camp coordinator and assigned your pre-registered tent site.

For unloading you have a certain time window, then you have to bring your vehicle to the parking lot. The unloading time for cars is 30 minutes, for vans 60 minutes, and for trucks up to 7.5t 120 minutes.

Stopping/parking on the circular route is generally not allowed unless you get other instructions from us. Vehicles that have received this permission have received a permit for their vehicle from their LPK for this purpose, which they must place visibly behind the windshield. Drivers whose vehicles are found on the circuit without this permit will be fined once by us in the amount of 150 euros and also immediately expelled from the event site. We also reserve the right to file a complaint for endangering safety.
